Single Premiere: Electricity For Everybody! - A Life Unafraid

Edmonton’s Electricity For Everybody! don’t pump out tunes at a fast pace, five years separated their debut album and their phenomenal sophomore from 2015 called Local Technique. Now, fours years later, they are gearing up to release some new music in the form of a five song EP called Modern Wisdom. The EP was recorded by Graham Lessard (The Barr Brothers, Rueben and the Dark, Timber Timbre) in February 2018 at Edmontone Studio and expands on the 90’s alternative sounds from Local Technique.

We are pleased to share with you the first single from Modern Wisdom called “A Life Unafraid” which is about the passage of time.

“There’s not a lot to say about “A Life Unafraid”: four decades fly by in under two and a half minutes, which is how it feels in real life. And there’s not much use in crying about who you once were and are no longer, or where you’re headed.”
