Single Premiere: Raeburn - Awoke

Raeburn is the project of Saskatoon’s Maxwell Raeburn Warner. His project came onto our radar in 2016 with the release of his debut album Wessi Pessi which folded psych, surf, garage and chillwave into a delicious omelet. Sadly, Raeburn’s follow-up was put on hold with the death of a family member. This hiatus would change the mood and the songwriting process halfway through the albums creation. The result is a contemplative record that maintains Raeburn’s blending of styles but showcases his growth as a songwriter.

His sophomore album Bongo Dracula is out on April 1st through Saskatoon imprint Grey Records. Enjoy the first single from this wonderful album.
