Single Premiere: The Spanish Flies - "Salida"

Edmonton band, The Spanish Flies blend indie rock, latin pop, and psychedelia into a unique sound that pulls influence from frontman Feliam Gamarra’s home country of Peru and new home of Canada. Formed in 2016, the band has been making waves in their hometown with their live shows that features latin-fused rock, played with passion.

With their debut full-length. I Have to Change to Stay The Same, set for release later this year, the Cups N Cakes Network is pleased to give you an exclusive premiere of the advanced single “Salida”.

In regards to the song, Gamarra states:

"We came up with this song in the dead of winter. We wanted to make a song that would help us remember the tropical vibes of my homeland, latin america.”
