Single Premiere: Dead Friends - "Joy."

Edmonton’s Dead Friends play raw garage-rock with psychedelic flares. They’ve been slaying live venues in their hometown since they burst onto the scene in 2017. The following year they released their debut album; a self-titled effort that earned them festival slots at Sled Island and Up & Downtown.

In May of this year, they will be releasing their highly anticipated follow-up. It will feature ten tracks that were recorded, mixed, and mastered by Arnel at Royal Studios. Today we are ecstatic to be premiering the second single from that release, the song is called “Joy.” and is about ones perspective on a person changing over time.
