Premiere: GreenWing - Late Bloomer Live Video

Recently reviewed by Brandon Kruze for his “Quick Picks” column, Saskatoon rock band GreenWing return today with a live video for their track “Late Bloomer.” The Cups N Cakes Network is excited to be the publication premiering this video which was recorded live at Rainy Day Recording Co. in Saskatoon. The video was shot by Saul Chabot at Millimedia and recorded/mixed by Matt Stinn at Rainy Day Recording Co.

This young band draws influence from other Canadian acts like PUP and The Dirty Nil while mixing in nostalgic 90s collage pop-rock like Weezer. They formed in 2021 as a way to remain sane during COVID lockdowns and the harsh Saskatchewan winter. Their debut album, Late Bloomer, arrived on September 28th and instantly caught our attention.
