Premiere: Surf Dads - Last Night

Surf Dads formed in 2015 as an outlet for members of Saskatchewan’s hardcore scene to pursue a sound that maintained a punk rock energy but shamelessly embraced anthemic melodies. They introduced themselves at a break-neck pace, pumping out five EPs and a full length in just three years. That output slowed over the pandemic but today we are very excited to share the bands first new music since they released the Long Weekend EP in the summer of 2018.

The track is called “Last Night” and it’s an alt-pop gem with ear-worm hooks and a driving rhythm that will surely help prolong summer. It arrives today in the form of a hilarious video about a pair of possessed leather gloves that move their owner to murderous rampages.
