Single Premiere: Night Lunch - "Your Body"

Night Lunch are ready to take Canada by storm. A synth-pop act at their core, they tease different cinematic elements into their songs (like 80s horror soundtracks or spaghetti western) to create something more interesting than what your average synth-pop group is spewing out. They have been lurking around the Montreal underground in various project for a long time, with members having spent time in Baked Goods and The Marlees.

Their forthcoming album, Wall of Love, is set for release on October 9th on Celluloid Lunch Records. It will be available both digitally, and in a limited run of vinyl.

Today, the Cups N Cakes Network is please to be premiering the second single from Wall of Love, entitled “Your Body”. The song is a re-imagining the one that appeared on the 2012 release BASEMENT GLAM from Baked Goods. The new version still retains the originals charm but has been polished, giving it a much more refined sound.
