Premiere: N. Sherman - Do You See Me?

Kelowna’s N. Sherman has been quietly releasing singles leading up to a full length album in early 2022. His music is sparse and his words have weight as he illuminates the beautiful, dark, and unknown parts of what it means to be human. Back in June we premiered the single “I Want to Go Back” and today we are happy to once again deliver the world a new song from this artist worth keeping on your radar.

The track is called "Do You See Me?" and it was written in the height of the 2020 lockdown, when society seemed to imploded and isolation enveloped the world. Ambient white noise and calming piano make a backdrop for Sherman to explore themes of life and death, love and sorrow, togetherness and loneliness. Midway through the song, flutes, organs, and strings enter to further hit home the emotional impact he imparts into the listener.
