Premiere: PLEASEBENiCE - Skeletons Remix

PLEASEBENiCE landed on our radar at the end of 2020 when she released her incredible debut album, I Love You So Much! The record showcased a stunning new talent from Iris Yakymyshyn (an Edmonton born trans artist who now resides in Calgary) with a sound that fused industrial hip hop with hyperpop and landed the honour of being a Cups N Cakes “Pick Of The Week”.

Today we are very excited to share with you a remix of the song “Skeletons” that features Edmonton artist Wacko Dreamer. Along with this remix single, we are happy to report that PLEASEBENiCE is working on her follow-up to I Love You So Much! We are told to expect a new EP (tentatively titled Having Fun Running Laps Around The Sun) this summer that will showcase her production versatility, with tracks that cover extensive ground moving from sound collages to hard-hitting hyperpop hooks.
