Premiere: Hyaenas - It's Not Up To Me

Vancouver’s Hyaenas are an up and coming indie rock band with fun, catchy hooks, and lyrics written through a queer feminist lens. They’ve released two singles so far and today the Cups N Cakes Network is excited to be premiering their third.

The track is called “It’s Not Up to Me” and it features an 80s rock aesthetic with lyrics that explore the emotion of anger. The song encourages listeners to serve up anger when it’s warranted and reflects on the cathartic healing of letting it out.
